The best thing I did in 2024 was start The 3% Coaching Coalition. Bringing together 21 certified coaches who all hail from the creative industry realized 3 things that are important to me:
to make coaching accessible to everyone who wants it
to help clients from a more creative, intuitive place
to form community to counteract a coach’s solitary working life
Given all the changes in the world and the creative industry itself, it feels like divine timing to shift the 3% brand from conferences to coaching. Because coaching is all about clarity: of values, goals, dreams.
I remember the first time I ever heard about coaching, I immediately understood the benefit and said “I want that.” I invested in coaching for myself and for the 3% team for many years. I still do.
And if you’re coaching-curious, or looking to match more closely to a coach for the year ahead, now is the time.
Go ahead and explore the coaches on our site. Read the first-person essays they’ve written about their approach and philosophy.
